Dear readers, Berlin must love me. I still remember one day in January of 2016 when, as a broke student renting out rooms in elderly women’s apartments, I opened my email and read I got a job as a PhD student in Berlin to work on languages and travel and do the research I had desired to do for so long. My life was changing in the exact direction I wanted it to. I felt almost the same level of excitement last Tuesday when I found out I got into Comic Invasion Berlin, where I can sell my comics and art in my little corner!
