I found watching film and television helped me understand how I was supposed to use my hands to communicate. Especially in animated cartoons- the characters spend a lot of time posturing and gesticulating with their hands to make points and reveal their feelings.
haha, I do put my hands in my pockets now that I think about it. Sometimes it's because I'm cold and sometimes it's because I don't know where else to put them🙃

That's an interesting point. I do think about the hands when I make comics also, but somehow it doesn't easily translate into my real life 😅

A friend once told me I was putting my hands inside my pockets because subconsciously I wanted to hide my intentions. I told her “dude I’m cold”
