In my experience and research on shame, I have discovered that it is the main driver of all violence (both self-harm and other-harm). I don't have all the answers to our world's violence. But, I do believe if each human can heal from their own shame and love themselves more, we would be in a better world together.
Poems and drawings can bring a smile to someones face, can bring a bit of joy to our days.
