My talk about ADHD from Medium Day is now available on YouTube! I explain how to break the cycle of procrastination and make ADHD life a little bit easier by creating funny comic strips about it. In a nutshell, creativity and humor help us feel better about ourselves. I call this method comic journaling.
This is me at every academic conference, even when I’m interested in the topic. Academics, please make your talks fun and interesting. That’s the only way to make it ADHD-friendly and neurotypicals will thank you as well!
